Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the StoreFlow Importer Chrome extension and the saia-tech.com website ("Service"). By installing the extension or paying for a license, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service on a personal or business basis, subject to these Terms. The license lasts as long as your subscription is active.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass the license check
• Share your license key with others
• Use the Service to violate AliExpress's, WooCommerce's, or any other third party's terms

2. Free tier

The first 20 product imports are free, without payment, as an evaluation. After 20 imports, continued use requires an active paid subscription.

3. Pricing & payment

The Pro subscription is USD $20 per year. AI translation is billed separately on a pre-paid wallet basis (top-ups from $3). Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (handled by Paddle).

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms apply to the payment transaction.

4. AI wallet

If you use the managed AI translation feature, you pre-pay a wallet balance. Each AI call deducts the actual provider cost plus a 20% margin. Unused balances do not expire but are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window on the annual subscription from the date of purchase, provided you have used fewer than 5 imports under the paid plan. AI wallet top-ups are refundable only if no AI calls have been made against the balance. Email saia-support@gmail.com to request a refund.

6. Subscription renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle customer portal — your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Third-party services

The Service makes use of:

• AliExpress — public product pages. Your use is subject to AliExpress's terms.
• WooCommerce — your own installation, subject to WooCommerce's terms.
• OpenAI — for managed AI translation. Your titles/descriptions are processed by OpenAI.
• BYO AI providers — optional. You bring your own API key and your use is subject to that provider's terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of these third-party services.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law
• Import products that infringe intellectual property rights
• Import counterfeit, dangerous, prohibited, or illegal goods
• Spam, scrape, or overwhelm any third-party service

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That AliExpress, WooCommerce, or AI providers will remain compatible
• That imports or AI translations will succeed in every case
• That product data will be accurate (we relay what the source provides)
• Any specific commercial outcome from using the Service

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, saia-tech's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost commissions, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your license expires and you must uninstall the extension. Refunds, if any, are at our discretion in such cases.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
